Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks, priorities, and follow-ups effectively
  • Comfortable with sales and confident in closing jobs
  • Basic understanding of home improvement concepts
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, empathetic, and solutions-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Basic sales/marketing knowledge
  • QuickBooks Online or similar accounting experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound calls
  • Educate customers on services, pricing, and scheduling
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs
  • Follow up on estimates, leads, and past customers
  • Manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple craftsmen
  • Assign jobs based on skills and availability
  • Coordinate materials and job readiness
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Maintain accurate data in dispatching/scheduling systems
  • Maintain organized records (digital and physical)
  • Track job details, materials, and customer notes
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support reporting and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Provide ongoing support to craftsmen in the field
  • Troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track
  • Support CSR performance and service levels
  • Foster collaboration between office and field teams
