About The Position

Construction: Office Engineer Location: Auburn, NY About LiRo-Hill LiRo-Hill is a construction management and engineering firm supporting public and private sector projects across the Northeast. The firm is ranked among ENR’s top A/E firms and is part of Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI). Position Overview Seeking an experienced Office Engineer to support the EIC on a $25M addition at a secure residential facility.

Requirements

5 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or document control on prjects valued above $1M
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with RFI tracking, contract document review, and payment review and preparation.
Experience with document management systems and scheduling coordination (Primavera P6 exposure preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail
OSHA 30 r

Experience working on OGS or other public sector projects
Experience in secure, institutional, or correctional environments

Responsibilities

Maintain project document control systems (DCNet, Submittal Exchange, v:drive, and field office files), ensuring consistency across all platforms and contract logs
Manage and update project records and documentation, including RFIs, Orders on Contract, submittals, and inspection tracking logs
Prepare and distribute meeting notices and minutes, and support EIC reporting requirements including bi-weekly reports and schedule coordination with contractors and OGS
Assist with change management processes, including RFPs, field orders, change orders, and coordination of contractor submissions and closeout documentation
Support field and administrative coordination, including setting up field office files, assisting with inspections/documentation tracking, and managing site access (gate passes) for project personnel
