Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and institute revenue accruals for accurate financial reporting
  • Perform comprehensive account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Conduct monthly book closing via accrual-based accounting methods
  • Receive shipments and accurately scan documents into the system
