About The Position

Blue Compass RV Beaumont is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager Assistant to join our team in Vidor, TX. In this role, you will support the Office Manager in daily administrative tasks, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our office and contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing office operations and procedures.
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and communication tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Coordinate with staff and other departments as needed.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
