JOCKEY is seeking an Office Maintenance Repair Technician to perform general building maintenance to ensure a clean, efficient and safe corporate work environment. Requirements

High School degree or equivalent required.
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Experience with hand tools and power tools. Mechanically inclined.
Good teamwork ability with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift 60 pounds.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Perform general carpentry, and repair services throughout the facility.
Set up cubicles, move furniture, and relocate departments per CAD drawing guidelines.
Perform weekly testing of fire pump and pull stations.
Perform monthly equipment inspections.
Follow work orders as written.
Perform miscellaneous maintenance repairs as needed.
Adjust heating and cooling systems to ensure comfortable work environment.
Role in severe weather and fire evacuations.
Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lot, and doorways as needed.
Assist outside contractors in repairs.
Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance.
