Churchill County is accepting applications for the part-time position (approximately 12.5 hours per week) of Office Intern at the District Attorney's Office in the Criminal Division. These positions are established to give high school and college students employment opportunities where they can learn a variety of job skills in an office environment. For this position for the District Attorney's Office, successful candidates must have their own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. Because federal law requires employees to be 17 years old to drive for their employers, you must be at least 17 years old to be considered for this position. Employees will be reimbursed for mileage for using their vehicles. The Office Interns need to be available several days per week (Monday through Friday) between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, for approximately 12.5 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who are mature and are committed to working diligently, during the school year and, ideally, through the summer as well.
