About The Position

We are seeking a Office/HR Assistant provides administrative and human resources support to ensure smooth office operations and assist employees and leadership with essential HR functions. This role includes handling business travel arrangements for executives (VP level and above), maintaining office supplies, assisting in recruitment processes, supporting company events, and coordinating HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.
  • Experience in travel coordination and expense management is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably supporting high-volume recruitment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and organized office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance, coordinating necessary repairs and updates.
  • Arrange business travel, including flights and hotels, for leadership (VP level and above) following company policies.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and assisting with onboarding logistics.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as expense reporting, catering, and office event logistics.
  • Maintain office records, track supplies, and assist with vendor management.
  • Provide general administrative support to department managers and executives as needed.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with office procedures and company policies.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business operations and organizational needs.
