About The Position

This role focuses on building meaningful connections and providing exceptional customer service. As a Commercial Security Guard, there is a high focus on Scheduled Patrolling, De-escalation of situations and Report writing, since you will be working with people all shift, in a Commercial environments.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Be good with Technology
Customer service oriented
Be able to Morning shifts

Nice To Haves

First aid certification an asset

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
Use G-track devise to conduct 4 patrols per shift.
Performing External Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Perform environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc.
Contact maintenance for any lighting, heating and other problems.
Conduct interior patrol of the building according to the schedule.
Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence.
Hourly tower tours.
Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
