About The Position

Winnebago Industries is seeking to add an Office and Facilities Lead to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. The Office & Facilities Lead oversees day-to-day office operations, facilities maintenance, emergency response and workplace services to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for employees and visitors. This role manages vendor relationships, coordinates office services, supports space planning and moves. The position requires strong operational judgment, independent decision making, and the ability to respond quickly to building needs, including after-hours or emergency situations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented and skilled at balancing preventive maintenance with strong customer service support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field, preferably in a fast-paced and/or growing office environment
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and budgets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, others as identified.
  • This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily office workflows: reception coverage, mail/shipping, supplies, equipment, meeting room readiness, and catering coordination.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures (e.g., visitor management, badge access, workstation standards).
  • Support office committees, events and employee engagement activities with building and facility needs.
  • Manage office communications in partnership with internal communications team.
  • Coordinate with IT for office technology needs (printers, AV equipment, etc.).
  • Coordinate workstations and office resources for new and existing team members.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and availability of office equipment.
  • Ensures coordination and completion of delegated assignments and projects pertaining to the office and manages a wide variety of contacts and situations relating to support and operations.
  • Ensure conference rooms, copy stations, and kitchens are clean, stocked, and maintained.
  • Manage laundering and availability of fitness center towels.
  • Oversee daily office maintenance and operational needs.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned based on business need
  • Act as the primary point of contact related to facilities management and day-to-day building operations, including managing various facilities-related projects, vendors, property management, contractors, building access, and office communications.
  • Oversee security operations, including timecard approval and front desk support.
  • Serve as primary liaison with property management and external vendors.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, repairs, and preventive schedules (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and landlords.
  • Manage health, safety, and security protocols; conduct regular safety walks and corrective actions.
  • Oversee workspace moves, adds, and changes (MACs), including seating charts and space planning.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts (janitorial, security, landscaping, waste, water/coffee, etc.).
  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate performance issues.
  • Track and reconcile office and facilities-related budgets and expenses; manage invoices and drive cost optimization.
  • Support OSHA, ADA, and local building code compliance (with appropriate documentation).
  • Maintain emergency preparedness plans: evacuation routes, drills, incident reporting.
  • Partner with IT/Security on access control and incident response.
