About The Position

The Office Lead serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations. This position ensures a welcoming front-of-house experience while maintaining efficient, organized, and professional office operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in reception, office management, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Will be onsite 5 days a week in the office
  • Hours are 9am-5pm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Experience working in corporate office environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional, friendly, and polished manner
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors
  • Manage visitor registration, badging, and security access
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area
  • Support daily office operations and facilities coordination
  • Submit and track facilities service requests
  • Liaise with building management and vendors
  • Assist with office moves, seating coordination, and workspace readiness
  • Oversee pantry operations, including: o Ordering supplies o Stocking and organization o Maintaining cleanliness and presentation
  • Support internal meetings and events with hospitality services and catering coordination
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare and manage outgoing shipments and courier requests
  • Maintain shipping logs and tracking
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives
