UNFOLD (unfoldagency.com) is an award-winning digital creative agency in Los Angeles, partnering with leading entertainment, gaming and brand clients across the digital landscape. We’re looking for an Office / Facilities Coordinator to help keep our space running smoothly, support the team, and ensure a great day-to-day office experience. Role Overview You’ll help keep the office organized, stocked, tidy, and functioning well while coordinating with building management and vendors for facilities needs. You’ll also assist with office moves, space planning, small projects, and general operations support. We’re looking for a proactive, friendly self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats, including supporting leadership with administrative or personal-assistant-style tasks as needed.

  • Open/close the office daily; manage building alarm.
  • Keep the office clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
  • Maintain kitchens, meeting rooms, common areas, and supply spaces.
  • Manage snacks, beverages, office supplies, and inventory.
  • Greet visitors; manage front desk flow.
  • Receive packages, handle mail, and run office errands.
  • Set up meeting rooms; support events and team gatherings.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and basic purchasing/expense tracking.
  • Provide occasional support to leadership with simple tasks such as reservations, light scheduling help, or local errands.
  • Coordinate with building management on repairs and service requests.
  • Work with vendors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and furniture needs.
  • Manage parking areas and space lifts.
  • Support office moves, seating changes, and space planning.
  • Assist with small construction/renovation projects and vendor scheduling.
  • Jump in when unexpected issues arise—deliveries, spills, tech hiccups, room changes, etc.
  • Support Founders, leadership, and Ops with special projects and errands.
  • Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant (e.g., light scheduling, calendar management, travel booking, and general personal assistant–style tasks when needed).
  • Organized, reliable, proactive, and flexible.
  • Friendly, helpful, and comfortable being the office “go-to” person.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn basic building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, parking).
  • Able to lift/move supplies as needed.
  • Has access to a car for occasional errands.
  • Local to Culver City / Playa Vista and able to work onsite full-time.
  • Some office, facilities, hospitality, retail, or operations experience is a plus—but not required if eager to learn.
