The Office Experience & Operations Manager is a shared role supporting both Time & Space and NATIONAL, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Halifax office while providing administrative and operational support to executives across both organizations. This role manages office administration, workplace experience initiatives, executive support, event coordination, vendor relationships, and operational processes to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. As a key point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors, the Office Experience & Operations Manager plays an important role in creating and maintaining a professional, organized, welcoming, and service-oriented workplace environment. Working across both companies, this individual helps foster collaboration, consistency, and a positive employee experience while supporting the unique needs and priorities of each organization.
