About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and functional office environment. Key duties include managing kitchen and snack areas, plant care, ordering supplies, decorating for seasons and holidays, and supporting office initiatives. The goal is to enhance the overall employee experience and create an enjoyable workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Keep our kitchen, coffee bar, and snack stations fully stocked
  • Tend to plants & create weekly flower arrangements
  • Order and manage office supplies to keep everything running smoothly
  • Bring the office to life with seasonal decorations and holiday touches
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace
  • Support fun office initiatives, events, and special projects
  • Find new ways to make the employee experience even better
