The Office Coordinator will assemble and maintain customer files, assist team members with business processes, prepare sales packages, and schedule services. They will also prepare correspondence, serve as a point of contact between departments, and interact with clients and visitors. Additionally, the role involves assisting customers with general questions, routing calls, preparing for audits, and managing invoices, contractor payments, and bank deposits. Proficiency in Vantage tasks, SES Pro, and My Home Service is also required.
