Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Valid state driver license in the current state of residence.
Automobile liability insurance, as required by law.
Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
In-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree or higher.
Minimum one year experience working in a home health or hospice setting involving medical records scheduling, or office administration/human resources.
Minimum of six months’ experience in medical records in a health care office.
Previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting all office operations to ensure tasks are performed timely and accurately.
Assists leadership to ensure employees are supported and guided to the correct resources or personnel.
Serves in and supports any role as needed to contribute to daily office operations.
