Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required, preferably before hire. May obtain within 30 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience working in a therapy or healthcare office setting strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance rules and regulations strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directs patients and visitors while promoting positive guest relations.
- Accurately obtains demographic and insurance information, and is responsible for upfront collections.
- General clerical tasks as assigned.
