Your Impactful Role as an Office Coordinator In this pivotal role, you will: Frontline Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for our office, warmly welcoming patients, visitors, and staff. Your friendly demeanor will set the tone for positive experiences at our facility. Communication Hub: Efficiently manage incoming calls, fielding inquiries, and providing information with a professional and empathetic approach. Appointment Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring smooth operations and optimal access to our services. Training: Conduct administrative portions of initial and annual training for field employees. Referral and Administrative Support: Complete referral and provide robust support to our clinical and administrative teams, ensuring seamless service delivery. Culture Champion: Actively participate in and support our 24 Expressions of Company Cultures (24 ECC's), enhancing staff engagement and promoting a vibrant workplace culture. Qualifications We are seeking a candidate who is: Welcoming, with a talent for building rapport with diverse individuals. Quick-thinking, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, successfully managing multiple tasks at a time. Experienced in medical office settings, with knowledge of insurance verification and/or home health preferred. Comfortable with MS Office products, specifically Word, Outlook, Outlook Calendars for scheduling, Teams and Excel. Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
