Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for talent and visitors — creating a warm, welcoming experience in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Enhance the talent experience by coordinating onboarding and compliance processes (background checks, drug screens, E-Verify, I-9) — including support for all payrolling business.
  • Support recruiting and marketing efforts by posting jobs, helping with social media, and participating in sourcing or marketing calls as needed.
  • Build talent relationships that generate referrals and keep our talent community strong.
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks such as time collection, timecard troubleshooting, and pay stub support.
  • Help maintain clean and accurate systems by closing out unpaid assignments post-payroll and ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Assist with reporting for clients — including timekeeping, invoicing, or census/status updates.
  • Support back-office functions by distributing compliance notices, updating pay/bill rates, and coordinating with HR and finance as needed.
  • Keep the branch running smoothly — from opening mail and ordering supplies to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Actively participate in daily team huddles to stay aligned on branch goals and priorities.
