The Office Coordinator will assemble and maintain customer files, assist team members with various business processes, and prepare correspondence. They will also interact with clients, visitors, and employees, assist with general customer questions, and manage office compliance tasks. Proficiency in Vantage tasks, including SES Pro and My Home Service, is required.
