About The Position

As the Office Coordinator, you will oversee the operational flow of our Austin office. You will ensure the environment is well-maintained, properly supplied, and structured to support employees in their day-to-day work. This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in an on-site setting. You will act as a central resource for office logistics and administrative coordination, helping maintain a polished and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming point of contact for employees and guests
  • Prepare desk spaces and office access guidance for new hires
  • Help maintain an organized, professional, and well-stocked office environment
  • Manage incoming mail, shipments, and outgoing packages
  • Coordinate lunch deliveries and light meeting logistics
  • Order and track office supplies, kitchen inventory, and general office needs
  • Support cross-functional office projects as the business evolves
