About The Position

The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service to all stakeholders. This position manages phone calls, greets visitors, and other administrative tasks, while upholding Lirio’s Mission andValues. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative or receptionist role
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current car insurance
  • Ability to pass a thorough background screen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to properly prioritize tasks
  • Technical proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Greet all stakeholders and potential clients who visit the facility
  • Facilitate screening of all visitors, assisting with the sign-in process and guiding them to the appropriate location
  • Answer all phone calls and direct each call to the appropriate party, taking detailed messages when required
  • Distribute employment applications, volunteer packets, and community service packets when requested
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform nightly lock-up procedures which include securing doors and turning off appliances
  • Prepare documentation as requested by leadership
  • Send email communications to management regarding call offs
  • Distribute vehicle keys and maintain vehicle log
  • Pickup keys for dop box daily
  • Maintain data entry for maintenance and IT work orders
  • Assist with special projects as requested by leadership
  • Other duties as assigned by management
