About The Position

Drake Cooper is looking for a proactive and resourceful Office Coordinator to help our Boise office run seamlessly. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our team, clients, and visitors. As part of the Agency Services Team, the Office Coordinator focuses on day-to-day office operations, event support, and administrative tasks, ensuring the office functions efficiently and effectively. This role reports to the Agency Programs Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office coordination, operations, or administrative roles
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong communicator, confident and professional with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Resourceful problem-solver who acts proactively and finds practical solutions
  • Personable and approachable, with the confidence to set boundaries or provide rationale when needed
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean office, including kitchens, conference rooms, and shared spaces
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring continuity of operations
  • Coordinate facilities needs and vendor services, including janitorial, catering, coffee, copiers, plants, maintenance, shipping, and other duties as assigned
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions independently, escalating larger concerns when appropriate
  • Ensure conference rooms are client-ready and functional, partnering with IT on technology support
  • Welcome clients and assist with meeting coordination
  • Support office events, celebrations, and team gatherings
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including special requests
  • Oversee shipping and receiving
  • Work closely with the Programs Manager to keep the office running efficiently
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and office initiatives to ensure projects and events are executed effectively
  • Proactively address challenges and implement practical solutions
  • Communicate openly when decisions or support are needed
