About The Position

The Office Coordinator II plans and organizes a variety of administrative and financial operations functions to support business operations. This role is part of a full-service partnership between LA County and Telecare, serving high acuity members with severe to moderate mental health symptoms. The program specializes in justice-involved mental health members, with dedicated slots for the Office of Diversion and Re-entry, AOT/Care Court members, and a pilot for individuals discharged from La Casa MHRC. The LA regions covered include Service Area 4, 6, 7, and 8.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • Two (2) years of Office Administration or one (1) year experience with an Associate’s degree
  • One (1) year experience in a healthcare field
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office programs
  • Experienced entering data into computer systems
  • Valid and current driver’s license
  • Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
