About The Position

The Office Coordinator position performs all routine clerical duties necessary for the functioning of the department and to support the performance of the clinical team in providing treatment services to the patient population. These duties include, but are not limited to word processing, filing, patient registration, payment collection, record keeping, supply orders, service requisitions, and management of incoming communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of word processing, English grammar, and correspondence format
  • Possesses basic office computer skills
  • Knowledge of current medical terminology
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and use own initiative
