About The Position

Renewal by Andersen’s Inside Sales Center is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented professional to serve as our Office & Community Engagement Coordinator. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that supports daily operations while strengthening team engagement across a fast-paced, performance-driven sales organization. The Coordinator partners directly with the Vice President of Inside Sales to ensure operational precision, strong internal communication, and a positive, inclusive team experience, both in-office and remote. This position requires someone who operates with discretion, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to people. This position extends beyond administrative responsibilities; it plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture. This position plays a central role in shaping the employee experience within the Call Center. It ensures leadership is supported operationally while also fostering a culture of recognition, connection, and support. The right candidate will balance structure with creativity, professionalism with warmth and precision, with genuine care for people.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the VP and leadership team
  • Manage office logistics including supplies, events, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor office needs and coordinate maintenance
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports
  • Build weekly PowerPoint presentations highlighting performance and team updates
  • Design internal communications, flyers, and monthly newsletters
  • Coordinate employee recognition, birthdays, work anniversaries and annual family day events across multiple locations
  • Plan and execute in-office and virtual engagement initiatives
  • Ensure remote employees remain included and supported
  • Lead charitable initiatives and volunteer programs
  • Coordinate donation drives and community outreach
  • Manage logistics and tracking for community engagement efforts
