Job Summary Renewal by Andersen’s Inside Sales Center is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented professional to serve as our Office & Community Engagement Coordinator. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that supports daily operations while strengthening team engagement across a fast-paced, performance-driven sales organization. The Coordinator partners directly with the Vice President of Inside Sales to ensure operational precision, strong internal communication, and a positive, inclusive team experience, both in-office and remote. This position requires someone who operates with discretion, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to people. This position extends beyond administrative responsibilities; it plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture. This position plays a central role in shaping the employee experience within the Call Center. It ensures leadership is supported operationally while also fostering a culture of recognition, connection, and support. The right candidate will balance structure with creativity, professionalism with warmth and precision, with genuine care for people.
