About The Position

Office Coffee Service Route Sales Specialist Picture your morning: you’re the first friendly face your customers see as you pull up, restock their beverage station, run a quick CQC (Cup Quality Check), and make sure every brewer hums along perfectly. By afternoon, you’ve delivered coffee, tea, and related products, solved a small equipment hiccup, and spotted an opportunity to add a seasonal item. That’s a day in the life on our route relief team. What you’ll do (day-to-day) Provide route relief coverage to ensure every stop is serviced on schedule and fully in-stock. Manage invoices, inventory, and collections each day while on route. Close distribution voids, execute pricing actions, and run seasonal/LTO promotions. Report route relief insights to the ASM, including inefficiencies, opportunities, and risks. Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer-focused projects.
