Office Coffee Service Route Sales Specialist Picture your morning: you’re the first friendly face your customers see as you pull up, restock their beverage station, run a quick CQC (Cup Quality Check), and make sure every brewer hums along perfectly. By afternoon, you’ve delivered coffee, tea, and related products, solved a small equipment hiccup, and spotted an opportunity to add a seasonal item. That’s a day in the life on our route relief team. What you’ll do (day-to-day) Provide route relief coverage to ensure every stop is serviced on schedule and fully in-stock. Sell and deliver coffee, tea, and allied products to assigned accounts while growing Revenue per Stop. Replenish and rotate product at each visit; set every beverage station to standard. Conduct at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) daily and keep equipment clean and operational. Escalate customer issues promptly to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) and drive to resolution. Manage invoices, inventory, and collections each day while on route. Close distribution voids, execute pricing actions, and run seasonal/LTO promotions. Report route relief insights to the ASM, including inefficiencies, opportunities, and risks. Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer-focused projects. Learn brewing equipment basics to perform simple adjustments and minor repairs. Consistently follow The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell and make supplemental sales calls when time allows. Pitch in as needed with warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service activities.
