Step into a day on the route At 7:00 a.m., you roll out ready to keep offices brewing. You load coffee, tea, and related products; review your schedule; and head out to provide route relief where needed. Each stop is a chance to deliver, replenish, and rotate products, ensure the beverage station meets company standards, and confirm equipment is clean and working. You perform at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) daily to protect product quality. When something needs attention, you make basic tweaks to brewing systems and promptly escalate bigger issues to the ASM (Area Sales Manager). Throughout the day, you manage invoices, inventory, and collections on your assigned route. You make sure every customer scheduled for the day is serviced on time. You grow Revenue per Stop by closing distribution gaps on core items, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and merchandising the beverage station to standard. You spot inefficiencies, customer concerns, or opportunities and share them with the ASM. When time allows, you follow the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell) and make sales calls to deepen loyalty. Back at the warehouse, you may help with cycle counts, general warehouse tasks, and customer-related follow-ups. You finish strong, knowing tomorrow’s customers will be fully stocked and ready to brew. Typical Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., overtime as needed Driving Requirements: Valid Driver’s License required; must successfully complete a DOT physical.
