In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Advisory team, carry out essential office and administrative functions, and deliver exceptional client service. You will help create a positive client experience, foster strong relationships, and ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day operations—all while representing the firm with a positive attitude, attention to detail, solid work ethic, and proactive approach.   • 2+ years’ experience in the financial industry

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming client calls and provide friendly, professional service
  • Manage and resolve client service requests, such as account openings, closings, transfers, and beneficiary/address changes
  • Process new client applications
  • Enter prospects and maintain client interactions in the CRM/database
  • Keep CRM updated with all client communications
  • Prepare client review summaries and meeting materials for Advisors
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Assist with client updates, reports, mailings, and other administrative tasks
  • Support Advisors with follow-up on marketing leads
  • Work independently and proactively toward business and personal goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients
  • Maintain professional communication within the team and with clients
  • Run errands as needed
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance client experience
