Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Organization and resourcefulness
- Ability to learn and operate basic computer systems and applications
- 80% sitting / 20% standing
- Understand what resource/department to involve.
Responsibilities
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Issue gate passes for customer auction day access.
- Receive and greet all customers at the front desk to connect them with the correct department.
- Accept and process payments from customers on invoices and purchases.
- Issue sellers check to the dealer representative
- Ensure buyers are issued their titles to purchased vehicles.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
