About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth visitor access, effective communication with staff and families, and maintaining essential records. The position also involves applicant nurturing to support student recruitment and maintaining the accuracy of the application system. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, experience with diverse communities, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring each visitor has the appropriate credentials to enter campus site and to pick up students
  • Communicating with teachers on student pick-ups
  • Direct visitors to appropriate team member
  • Organizing essential forms and documents for families
  • Copying materials to ensure there is always a supply of all documents at hand
  • Communicating effectively with Campus Team’s to ensure all documents for activities, events, etc. are current
  • Maintaining confidentiality of records as appropriate
  • Familiarizing with various roles and duties of team members
  • Managing a list of extensions and ensuring list remains updated throughout the year
  • Provides school team support as needed
  • Recruiting students for the following school year if needed
  • Answering all phone calls
  • Greeting parents, students, visitors
  • Implement applicant nurture engagements and maintain communication with prospective families throughout the recruitment process converting families from step to step such as lead to applicant
  • Tailor outreach messages and content to individual applicants, addressing their unique needs and interests
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls, emails, or messages to answer questions, provide updates, and build a positive applicant experience
  • Track applicant interactions, maintain detailed records, and schedule follow-up tasks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize the applicant nurture experience
  • Identify when applicants have become uninterested in BridgePrep Academy and manage the process to re-engage
  • Complete application verification calls and update application system as needed
  • Ensure applicant data is accurate and captured in a timely manner
