About The Position
This is a temporary OCU (Office Clerical Union) opening for a TEMP OOCL assignment. Applicants must be current Office Clerical Union members. The role involves customer service, operations, or finance functions. For customer service, the role acts as an ambassador to ensure quality service and meet customer requirements. For operations, responsibilities include procurement and management of equipment to minimize imbalance and repositioning costs, as well as designing and optimizing land-side operations such as trucking, depots, and terminals. For finance, the role assists in receivables collection and statutory compliance in a quality and timely manner. Only applicants chosen by the Office Clerical Union are eligible for this role.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Acts as our customers' ambassadors to ensure quality service and to meet customers’ requirements.
- Procurement of equipment and management of equipment flow to minimize equipment imbalance and repositioning cost.
- Design and optimization of land-side operations, including but not limited to, trucking, depots and terminals.
- Assists in receivables collection and statutory compliance in a quality and timely manner.
