The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of NAC’s premises. This role requires completing cleaning tasks thoroughly, on schedule, and with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring the upkeep of the head office, equipment and fitness facility, and the NAC company house. Primary focus areas include lunchrooms, offices, the front lobby, hallways, stairwells, and washrooms. The Office Cleaner is expected to follow the established cleaning schedule and clean and prepare common areas, such as meeting rooms and the front lobby, including straightening chairs, organizing signs and paperwork, and ensuring all spaces are presentable. Key cleaning duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning glass, emptying garbage bins, running and unloading dishwashers, refilling dispensers, and cleaning out two refrigerators weekly.
