About The Position

Shaner Hotels is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Corporate Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our associates, visitors, and leadership team. This position is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the Corporate Office and common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and understands the importance of maintaining a professional workplace. This position primarily works during evening hours, beginning around 4:00 PM, with the potential for later evening or overnight hours based on business needs.

Requirements

Previous commercial, office, hotel, or housekeeping cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment and use cleaning products appropriately.
Ability to work around office furniture, equipment, and supplies while maintaining care for Company property.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion while working in an office environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning activities for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, hallways, common areas, break rooms, and other assigned areas.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors and carpets.
Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces as appropriate.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and other fixtures.
Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
Clean and maintain break room and kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, tables, and appliances.
Replenish restroom, break room, and cleaning supplies as needed.
Clean glass, doors, windows, and other surfaces as assigned.
Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, spills, or areas requiring additional attention.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized and safe manner.
Follow proper procedures for the use, storage, and handling of cleaning products and equipment.
Maintain a professional appearance and respectful demeanor while working in the Corporate Office.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of associates, leadership, documents, and information encountered while performing cleaning duties.
Complete assigned cleaning duties within established timeframes and maintain consistent standards of cleanliness.
Perform additional cleaning and related duties as assigned by management.
