About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the office and administrative areas within a warehouse facility. This position is responsible for routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, break rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work independently while maintaining a consistent standard of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
- Additional pre-employment screening may be required based on client or facility requirements.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize office areas, including workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
- Dust and wipe down desks, tables, countertops, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Clean and maintain break rooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean glass, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized supply area.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
