About The Position

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at a location in Milford, Ohio. The role supports a safe, sanitary, and presentable environment for employees and visitors. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. The available schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with no weekends.

Requirements

• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills.
• Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas in the commercial building.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and regularly sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
