The Office Cashier will often be the initial contact with customers, drivers, vendors, and visitors, and is expected to create a "WOW" customer service experience by being friendly, outgoing, courteous, and professional, both on the phone and in person. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tasks such as preparing loading authorizations, shipping documents, recording payments, and handling accounts payable. The position offers a variety of duties, including interacting with customers and vendors, bank visits, answering phones, and filing. It also provides opportunities for skill development and learning new things, such as involvement in month-end close, account reconciliations, and other accounting duties, with support from corporate accounting professionals.
