About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Payment Processing: Compute customer bills for service, parts, and vehicle sales using cash, credit cards, and checks.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries regarding invoices, and handle complaints with professionalism.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile cash drawers daily and balance daily cash, check, and credit card receipts.
  • Clerical Support: Maintain filing systems for repair orders and assist with administrative tasks, such as operating the dealership switchboard.
  • Service Coordination: Update service files and ensure all invoices are properly closed and documented.
