About The Position

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. This role includes daily cleaning tasks such as sanitizing offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces; emptying trash; vacuuming and dusting; and restocking supplies. The housekeeper follows established cleaning schedules and safety procedures, uses cleaning equipment and products properly, and pays close attention to detail to ensure a professional appearance throughout the facility. By supporting cleanliness and organization, the office housekeeper plays an important role in promoting health, comfort, and a positive experience for everyone at Midland Care Connection.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, tools, and supplies
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience (office or healthcare setting)
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper usage
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a professional or nonprofit environment
