Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and general Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a part‑time schedule.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative or business support experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process supply orders for departments by entering requests into the ordering system, coordinating returns, and processing related invoices.
  • Monitor and replenish paper, kitchen supplies, and water in kitchens; maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including refrigerators.
  • Sort and distribute USPS mail by floor and department; deliver interoffice mail daily.
  • Handle outbound UPS, FedEx, and messenger shipments, ensuring all daily requests are processed and ready for pickup.
  • Receive inbound packages, enter items into the tracking system, label, sort, and deliver to appropriate locations.
  • Set up conference rooms in various configurations, including adding/removing tables and chairs.
  • Assist with AV setup including phones, projectors, and other equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to departments including scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Provide assistance in booking travel for executives and events.
