Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
Exceptional customer service skills
Be able to work Evenings
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

First aid certification an asset

Responsibilities

Deter criminal activity
Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and adhering to security procedures
Performing Interior and Exterior Patrol with G-Track at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence and to identify potential risks
Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
Performing environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc
Complete Daily reports .
Provide Excellent customer service.
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
