Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact/NLC license)
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of home health experience
Current driver’s license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation with auto insurance

Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and support clinical staff including nurses and therapists
Review and approve patient assessments, care plans, and documentation
Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement activities
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Support survey readiness and audit preparation
Address clinical concerns and provide problem-solving support to staff
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state, and accreditation standards
Coordinate patient care and clinical services with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
