Car Deals Office Associate
About The Position
We are looking to hire a determined and dedicated individual to join our Car Deal Accounting Team. This role involves breaking down and finalizing all cash and finance deals for all dealerships, scanning documents into digital deal jackets, and double-checking car deals for accuracy. The associate will also send out bank contracts to finance institutions, process and post rebates, and process sales commissions weekly. Additionally, the role requires close communication and assistance with associates at our stores, data entry, updating spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned by management. A key responsibility includes reviewing and maintaining accounting schedules related to vehicle sales.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel

- Car Deals experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
