Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and daily paperwork.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated financial management, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Thrive in a team environment while working independently, showing flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in office functions, including online cash management systems, POS systems, and Excel.
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes (10-35 lbs), and stand for extended periods as required.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Two-three years cash handling experience.
  • All education backgrounds accepted.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist operational managers and park staff as needed, as delegated by the Administrative Operations Manager.
  • Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones and word processing.
  • Communicate documentation on discrepancies to the Administrative Operations Manager and other responsible staff.
  • Maintain and secure the cash room, ensuring limited access and adherence to company policies.
  • Issue and check in all banks, ensuring all paperwork and daily closing sheets are completed.
  • Assist with uniform handling in the absence of the Administrative Operations Manager.
  • Perform cash pick-ups, change orders, and reconcile daily receipts as needed.
  • Manage I-9 forms and employee file maintenance.
  • Contribute to community efforts through hiring, engagement activities, and opportunities for giving back.
  • Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
