The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to all OKC Fair Park Food and Beverage departments (concessions, catering) at the venue, as well as to the Office Manager and the Sr. Vice President. This role involves general office, administrative, and accounting support, including data entry for accounts payable and receivable, and event reporting. The assistant will also handle general clerical duties such as preparing weekly paperwork for accounting, copying, filing, correspondence, and responding to telephone inquiries. Additionally, the position may require assisting in other food and beverage departments as needed and performing other assigned duties.
