Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative or office experience with strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Property management or leasing experience
  • Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, or LIHTC
  • Yardi or similar software experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and vendors
  • Support leasing efforts, including assisting with tours and applicant follow-up
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Coordinate and process maintenance work orders
  • Answer phones, manage correspondence, and handle office communications
  • Assist with rent collection and posting payments
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, and office workflow
