About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for an agile and organized Office Assistant to join our team at Chandler Ridge, a 228-unit affordable housing community located in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will assist with the daily functions of the office and work alongside the Property Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and provide receptionist coverage.
  • Maintain office equipment (copier, postage meter, folding machine, etc.)
  • Pick up and distribute mail from post office.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Collect and review new hire paperwork. Place employment ads as needed.
