About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations in our home care agency. The ideal candidate is organized, willing to learn, and has experience in home care and/or office administration. Our staff provide the best home health care services and cater to the specific needs of each client. We bring high quality care right to your loved one's front door so that they can stay at home, in an environment that is comfortable and familiar to them.

Requirements

  • Must pass a background check
  • Must complete a urine drug screening
  • Must complete a competency evaluation
  • Strong reliability and dependability
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Nice To Haves

  • Previous home care and/or office experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office tasks and administrative duties
  • Answer phones and communicate with clients and caregivers
  • Help with scheduling and coordination of services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support team with general office operations
