About The Position

The Office Assistant is key to our success and directly supports the Office Manager for all Purchasing and Warehouse functions at Illusive. You have plenty of experience with Purchasing as well as Warehouse management (shipping/receiving/organizing).

  • Plenty of experience with Purchasing
  • Plenty of experience with Warehouse management (shipping/receiving/organizing)
  • G-Suite & MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Issue Purchase Orders
  • RMA & Returns
  • Vendor Management
  • New Dealer Paperwork
  • Vendor Incentives/Program Management
  • Maintain Office Supplies
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Organize Warehouse
  • Maintain Inventory
  • Keep Inventory Grouped by Project
  • Pull inventory for will call pick-up by technicians
  • Answer Phones
  • Schedule & Coordinate Office Cleaning crew
  • Fleet Management
