Be Berkadia. The Office Management Intern supports the daily operations of the office to ensure a professional, efficient, and organized work environment. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to administrative coordination, office systems, operational processes, and professional communication. The intern assists with document preparation, meeting and travel coordination, office logistics, and general administrative activities to support office leadership and administrative staff. Requirements

  • Strong interest in business administration, real estate, operations, office management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist administrative staff with daily office operations to support an efficient and well‑organized workplace.
  • Help maintain office equipment, supplies, and common areas.
  • Support document preparation, including drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Help process and track expense reports, ensuring compliance with corporate policy.
  • Maintain and update confidential records and filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry and CRM updates.
  • Support onboarding tasks for visitors or new associates as needed.
  • Troubleshoot basic administrative issues and respond to office-related inquiries.
  • Assist with office- or corporate-level initiatives such as event planning, expense management, and operational process improvements.
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
